I don't even thing we've had a night at 40 or less this summer, uh spring, uh I mean winter.., ya, it is winter isn't it? Can't tell with all the green gr***, and flowers, and birds chirping happy songs like.., "so happy to be a warm bird, instead of a little frozen turd".

All in fun, you guys are the best!

It's easy to spot a first timer at the MD, they usually have this dazed look....and they act like they saw a ghost....I recall last year a guy gave me so much **** over the rules a month prior (had never attended) and when I saw him there with correct criteria on the car....he was wide eyed and stated this...
"I have been around drag racing my whole life, to many tracks in the counrty...this is the most amazing thing I have ever seen" He didnt even unload for 2 hours he walked around....I remember the rubber neck, and amazed/dazed look.....priceless!!! Makes it worth all the work right there!!

 

I'm already having embroidered "droolie bibs" made for us Pannetons.

I was dared, double dared, triple DOG DARED, and ready for this, QUADRUPLE DOG DARED to drag our clunker all the way from California. Your 2/3rds closer to this deal than me, so I'm OCTADOG daring you to drag out "the Jade Grenade" and beat on it with us. You can run with us, the Southern Suename, or the Northern Nin***poops! The North is short on players, and lacking any real talent, so you might need to go and add a little muscle to their side. What say you? Did Lee at McLeod take care of your clutch needs?

 

Octadog......That's some serious **** right there.

And hell yeah Butch,haul that beast out and run for the North!
(Although I live 45 minutes from being the southernmost point in all of Canada...lol!)

While all those acryonyms are very funny, I really enjoy seeing the pics of peoples progress of getting ready for the Meltdown drags. It is amazing how many people are making major changes or complete new builds with a July deadline!
