Thanks. They are 15x7 and 15x8 Chevy truck rally wheels with chrome lug nuts and some old push-through American Racing centers that just happened to fit. I have some bow-tie center emblems on the way. Should look a lot better when those are on. I never liked the look of the centers that came on the truck rallys so I tried this. I like it better than I anticipated. I still would like to find a way to mount the corvette rally center to a 6 lug wheel, but this was free and fast. :)

this might be something to ponder, I believe a mid 70's AMC brakes master cylinder has the lines coming out the opposite side, I am old, but you might want to check with a patient parts man say, NAPA, or a good parts house. I researched and used it on a couple cars under the floor boards so it would come out towards the frame instead of towards the driveshaft. Hope to see more. carry on..

I can finally post on here too. I just got this 63. Base model without a single option. runs like a top. 230 / 3spd. Plans are front disc brakes with drop spindles and rear coils to match. Will be my new daily driver soon. 70+ miles a day

Thanks! Been keeping an eye out for updates on yours. Your truck was the general inspiration for what im doing. Welcome home, btw!

  24. I'm not home yet...3 weeks to go! Id post updates but most of mine are not HAMB friendly. All aftermarket suspension, coil overs, stuff like that. I have a thread on pro-touring.com under the trucks section with a lot of pics if you're interested. I can't wait to drive this pile! Lol

Here's hoping you make it home safely. My wife's nephew just got stationed at Bagram, and another old friends' son is in an infantry unit somewhere south. Being both a veteran and an Officers Brat, with members of my family being in every branch, I have some perspective on the situation of our people overseas and and always enjoy hearing when they come home safely. Let us know when you're safely back in the U.S. and I'll salute your safe return with suitable beverages. When you drive that bad ass Stude I'll repeat the process. :D
