This is what you get when you have a bunch of spare parts sitting around. Model A ch***is plus model T body. Shooting for a cheap, fun, jalopy. Nothing fancy. Just looking to build something and clear out some parts.

Man, that's a nice body. Looks like a late '30's -early '40's front axle. Running juice brakes?

I love it! I had planned on doing the same but swapped the body out for a 25 roadster. Looking forward to this.

The body is okay. But needs some work for sure. Running gear is all model A.

Thanks, your build is a big inspiration.

Nice. I've seen you around on the IG.

I've got another A ch***is that I've had a similar plan in mind for. I'll be watching from down here in Tacoma...

We heated and bent the clutch pedal arm to clear the firewall, ran some fuel line to a boat tank in the trunk, bolted the body down and threw a seat in it....even took it for a spin!

It's not running very good and we have lots of details to sort out, but I can at least move it around the yard.

What do you guys think about chopping it?

Basically we decided to mount the body where everything would work the best. The rear tire is not centered in the wheel well and the body would need to be moved to far back to center it. So we just chose to ignore that. It kinda grows on you.

Next on the list is lights, floor, and some wiring. Maybe even a roof, but that's getting a little ahead of ourselves....

PLEASE don't chop it. That is the character of T coupes/sedans. PLEASE DON'T.

It's low on the priority list.

If we do it won't be a hard chop, just removing the above windshield header panel.
