1940 backing plates, layed scoops on plates, traced edges of scoops, took 1/2 washers and layed out pattern I liked, pulled off scoops, misted with spray paint, pulled off washers, center puched all holes and then drilled a crap load of holes using smaller to bigger bits then a champfering bit to finish off.
