9" diff w/back brace
The rear differential is a little overkill. I used a very thick wall tubing for the axle tubes, narrowed and using a Strange pro-iron center section, Detroit locker and 3.70 gears with 35 spline axles and wildwood disc brakes and oversized wheel studs. The housing got a back brace and all tig welded together by Roy Fletcher in his jig. Sight glass for fluid level and large fill hole. The shocks are Alden eagle hooked to a Morrison 4-link. This rear end can handle far more power than I presently have but I may add a blower down the road.
