      Body
When purchased it was a deluxe stock body, no rust black coupe with a lightly modified flathead and original transmission and rear. Interestingly it had the twin antennae installed. Jerry did all the body work himself using hammer/dolly method (no filler) to smooth and minor dings and dents. Interior

      Engine/Trans
Jerry pulled the stock “warmed” flathead and installed a “built” $10k+ hot flathead – had many problems with that engine and decided to install the 1951 Cadillac and 3 spd LaSalle. Confirmed a 1951 block but with later Eldorado dual quad intake and Eldorado “Batwing” air cleaner which he had chromed - also later Eldorado exhaust manifolds that allow for good steering box clearance and an efficient exhaust system. Ron Williams of Auto-Rons - Davenport Iowa built the engine
