This is what the tank looks like after the solution is drained off. Wire brush the rebars after they're dry or power wash them while they're still wet and your good to go for the next time.

F-1 hood placed in a makeshift plywood and 2x 4 container, ready for the electrolysis rust removal process. The top surface of the hood was stripped by a da sander. I found that this wasn't necessary since the electrolysis process strips the paint too.

This is the process underway for about a half hour. The power source was a 40 amp battery charger.

Cut down seat frame and pedestals from a full size late model Ford window van. Shift handle was made from an old wrench found in my Father-in Law's back yard.
