The Rebel Rouser 57 Ford. This was a local West Covina car that ran a Les Ritchey built Paxton blown 312. Used to give the Fuelie 4 speed 57 Chevies a good race.

Burkhart Bramer & Burns. On this day they were running Frank Cannon's Chrysler and stunned everyone by making the first ever high gear only pass with an altered roadster. They ran 163 in the 9.90's, and gave Ted Cyr a good run for top eliminator.

Burkhart Bramer & Burns. On this day they were running Frank Cannon's Chrysler and stunned everyone by making the first ever high gear only pass with an altered roadster. They ran 163 in the 9.90's, and gave Ted Cyr a good run for top eliminator.
