This frame is just under 3 inches too wide!

We cut our frame at those cutouts, layed the body right on the frame,, then extended the frame 7 inches since all we had was a shortbed reg cab s10 chassis,, checkout the pics in the 41-46 chevy truck thread, I posted how we cut and lengthened it,, early 80's Dodge truck frame pieces are exactly the size you need to extend it should it come to that.

Thanks for the info! You're right we will need to add a little length to the chassis.
