This is at the 1949 Second Annual Hot Rod Exposition and Automotive Equipment Display Sponsored by the Southern California Timing Association , Los Angeles National Guard Armory , January 21-30 , 1949.

Facts: Built in 1947; 27 model T body; 1940 running gear, 1939 Buick nose. Ran on El Mirage flats in 1947. First issue of "Hot Rod" magazine (Jan 48) has a picture of the call inside the magazine.
Help Needed: Figuring out the floor pan to frame, mechanical brakes, and Radius arms.
Looking for someone that is versed in the mechanical works of the 40's roadsters.
