Custom-made tailgate, smoothed out the bed end - nothing sticking out the back of the bedsides. I took the front bumper (was bent in a wreck by prev owner), cut it down, flipped it, fabricated some brackets and stuck it on the back. Still some minor massaging to do to snug it up to the bottom of the bed box, but it's already 9/10 there. Check out the box I cut out of the bumper for the license plate! Also, see the tail lights - they're out of a '54 chevy panel. I added a 3rd brake light, just above the tag, for extra visibility.
