Screw heads insure minimum clearance to bottom of pan.

      I purposefully did NOT counterbore the screws - by leaving them "proud" they ensure proper clearance for the pickup to the bottom of the oil pan. The other idea here - is no chance for the pickup to come off - not shown yet but all the screws were safety wired
