Spacer Installed
Finished spacer installed with original bolts recessed into the spacer just enough to allow the driveshaft end plate to occupy the recess meant for it. I also trimmed the very end of the pinion about 1/8 inch to allow a little more space for the driveshaft end cap. It, too, is recessed in the center but I wanted to make sure of clearance.
