The plan was to position my trusty a-frame hoist over the body, hoist it up and then pull the a-frame forward over the gurney. Two problems - the a-frame doesn't roll so well anymore, I need to put new casters on. And I should have turned the car around to remove the body backwards. Duh! Live and learn.
