This color shot was taken by Doug Hayes in 1963 in the pits at LIONS. I am very thankful that Doug found the old, previously un printed, negative after 45 years, and shared it with me. This shot is rare because it is the only color print I have of the car after it was painted by Junior Conway. Doug captured the Candy Persimmon color perfectly.
