Oh so long ago. Check out the custom upholstered body with side bolstered seat cutouts. This kept my butt behind the wheel when acting like a 50's roadracer.

The hot motor. 296" 3/8x3/8, ported and relieved, Hilborns, Vertex, Isky 404, full floating rods, strapped mains etc. All the goodies. Ended up in my T bucket with the Hilborns. Motor is still around somewhere in CT w/out the injection. Ask Ronnie Roadster (CSRA).

The hot motor. 296" 3/8x3/8, ported and relieved, Hilborns, Vertex, Isky 404, full floating rods, strapped mains etc. All the goodies. Ended up in my T bucket with the Hilborns. Motor is still around somewhere in CT w/out the injection. Ask Ronnie Roadster (CSRA).

1 & 2: Steel front wheels, no body, almost stock flattie (heads and 4bbl) short pipes, 3: "New" trailer, wires up front 1st day at the track, 4: First run! Look close, the tire pump is still on the fuel tank, 5 & 6: Didn't blow up or crash!! Proud Downshifters in our red club jackets
