Even as a young lad, I loved hot rods and model cars. I used to work in a gas station after school pumping gas, changing tires, and doing mechanical repairs. All for a few dollars gas money (Ahhh, the good ole days).

My Dad owned an auto body shop. I marveled how he could pick and file steel back into shape. He made it look easy when he worked with lead, paddling it on and filing it smooth. I used to watch him for hours. I sanded my fingerprints off many times prepping cars for paint.

I went to trade school and spent most my career as a mechanical drafter/designer.

Now I'm retired, and spend most of my free time working in my garage. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
