Kamp

Well, I grew up on a farm here in the midwest, and have been working on things all my life. Started with bikes, minibikes, 3-wheelers, whatever I could get my hands on. At 13 I bought my first car, a 1965 Mustang fastback, which I drove all through high school. Went to college and got a degree as a mechanic, worked at the local speed shop for 6 years, got a bachelor's in enginering, and now work as an engineer. Had a couple of Mustangs and a jacked up Bronco during school, and finally was able to get a Model A coupe body to build, since I had wanted one since 5th grade. I guess my interest for hot rods comes from my father who was into muscle cars back in the day, and my late uncle who raced cars back in the '50s and '60s - both drag and roundy round (front engine Dragster w/ 2 Flatheads & '56 Ford to name a couple). At this point I'm looking forward to finishing my A and to building many more cars in the future.
