I am 59 yrs old and got started handing my dad wrenches under a shade tree as a kid. My interest in old cars really kicked off in high school vo-tech class. The instructor was in the early Ford club and I spent my high school years working on pre-war Fords. Of course back then all of them were restored originals. I have 40+ years part-time experience working mechanical & sheetmetal plus 15 years working full-time as an aircraft machinist. We built a 30 x 40 shop on our property in 2001 and I spend all my spare time and money in the shop now.
