About
My father used to drag race. He had a '53 Chevy fastback and then a '58 Bonneville. My mother would work in the timing tower and I can remember walking through the pits seeing people icing down engines. I always had a thing for cars and it led to me working on them for a while. I even had a job doing race prep for SCCA road racers and vintage cars. Got to do hot laps as a passenger in a 64 McLaren CanAm car at Charlotte Motor Speedway. I saw a car trailer once with a slogan over the doors that read "Through these doors pass a sickness not even a woman can cure." I think that about covers it.Interact
