Look at this trans mount Speedway 910-25820 it's a Polyurethane mount.
When I did mine I went to the Speed Shop and bought some different Flywheel Bolts with a lower head. I did have to trim a little out of the center...

Blowby I did that when I put my T5 in my 51 behind a Flathead 6. The shaft I bought was the correct length but wound up being out of a Nissan...

I run the 15-40 Mobil Delvac in my flathead 6, pressure is 15-20 at idle and 50-60 above.
