To me it looks like the bottom, smaller part of the bushing sits in the column and the top part sticks out above.

I had a pushrod push through a rocker on my 360 in the Fargo, I just swapped a good one in and didn’t give it much thought. These things happen.
Man Chip did that car justice as far as I’m concerned.
I just use plain old steel but I’m cheap, I figure all of my stuff still has the factory steel hardline in them, it must be ok.
