My dad started taking me to car shows at an early age. And then in high school we started looking at muscle cars as a project to get my feet wet. I got my Chevelle in high school. We finished the restoration about 9 years ago. So now I drive it and just work on the minor details here and there on the car. I was a little young when I got my Chevelle to be very useful during the restoration. I could turn a screwdriver and that was about it. Since then I have taught myself a lot, mainly through research, trial, and error. And now I am just finishing the purchase of the Stude pickup so I can begin building it for my wife. This will be my first true project and I think it will be great. The truck needs lots of work and I find that to be the most enticing part about the project. I am excited about the end product, but am more excited about the journey and the learning throughout the building of the truck.
