Looks like the Rail Zeppelin (Schienenzeppelin) of 1931 designed by Kruckenberg. I think it went 231 km/h which was a speed record in those days....
Sorry if I break in, but you are correct! That is the Blitzen Benz in 1911 when Burman got crowned "Speed King of the World" by Harvey Firestone...
