My name is Ian McMullan.
I've been a signwriter all my working life and a few years ago was given a chance to buy the Sign Company I worked for along with two others so don't get much brush time in these days.

I’ve been into Rockabilly since I was 13 and never grown out of it, been in Rockin bands playing Double bass for 12 years ‘til the dreaded Arthur Ritis (Blues singer?) said enough was enough. Had two new knees fitted a few years ago so I’m mobile again. (Look out at shows though ‘cos I’m 18 stone and usually out of control).

Fast forward to now…..apparently I’m supposed to say how much I like Hot Rods and the like but to be honest they take up ALL MY TIME, ALL MY ENERGY, MOST OF MY MONEY, cause SEVERAL INJURIES, invoke HEADACHES, PUZZLEMENT and CONFUSION.

Years ago I sold my 1958 Buick after owning her for 12+ years, 7 of them were in restoration. That’s the last time I’ll say, “just gonna take the trim off and give her a quick spray over”

I always wanted a 32 Ford style roadster and intend to make her better as the following years roll by.

I know nuthin about Politics, Religion or Football and very little if anything about Mechanical Engineering or Semi Conductors, so don’t ask.
