Bill Harkins

Started Racing in 1981 Followed the footsteps of my Uncles Bob Burt and Tim Lohr, Tim Lohr has built a ton of cars for racers starting back as far as the late 60's thru today at Painesville and Lorain both. His cars have won countless championships over the years.

I first started racing @ Painesville Speedway in the figure 8 division. I have Raced and won in Both the Figure 8 and Sportsman Division at Painesville, I have Raced and won @ Lorain County in both Late Models and SuperLates in the early 90's I have also Raced and won at Cloverleaf in the StreetStock Division with my figure 8 car from Painesville Speedway on Sundays.

I left racing to do the married game,but soon found I was meant to race.I Returned to racing a few short years later and have been with BulletRacing based in Warrensville Ohio. We race in the USAR Hooters ProCup Series. I have served as a Team Manager and Crew Chief and Car Chief Since. I have worked with and for some great local racers. Denny Vargo,Scott Baker,Rusty and Terry Adams and Kenny Adams,Kenny Phillips.Bill Lett Sr and Bill Lett Jr as well as Frank Lett. Mayo Spense, Rob Miller, Gary St Amant, Glenn Allen,Jeff Neal,JaySommers,Aj Frank,Jack Bailey to name a few. Racing is my drug.
