I'm a jack of all trades, master of none for sure. love keeping anything old alive and ticking, including the 100 year old house i've been bringing back from the dead. I"m a jeep guy also, so i have 2012 JK with lift, then my old high school truck, 92 C1500 RCSB stepside with 7 inches of lift, and then my 54 210 series. it'd sat in a field for 30+ years in Rockdale TX, buddy spotted it, i brought her home. named her Delores. Super original, minimal rust, untouched under the hood. so far, freed up the engine, replaced everything ignition related, and starter. she cranks...has yet to turn over. i'm hopeful. She's a side project. Focused on my buddy's 65 C10, Old Blue. it's a weekend cruiser for him, but could use quite a bit of work. brought it to my place, first stop is lowering the front end. goal is to have it looking better in time for Lone Star Round Up in early April. Far-fetched plan is to trailer the 54 to the show also and setup Old Blue as a tow rig to the 54, we think it'd look pretty damn cool on display.
