looks like the lower section from a mid 20's dodge. I sold one a couple of months ago.
I have a 56 Chevy in mine. You will have to re drill the holes for the center bolts. check out this link it has alot of info....

boones, Your car looks awesome! how wide are the rear tires? and did you have to narrow the rear end or modify the frame for the tires to fit?
I saw one going down 5600 west in SLC Friday hauling a load of horse manure! It was in really good shape and still performing haul duty!
