'46 Plymouth Special DeLuxe Business Coupe, '39 Plymouth Business Coupe
I got hooked after buying my first car, a '57 Chevy 2 door sedan. I had a series of cars thru High school , college and afterwards. I got out of hotrods about 25 years ago. I went to a cruise night in Somerville, NJ last summer with my brother-in-law. One night with the old cars and I was hooked all over again. I did a lot of searching last summer/Fall and bought my new ride - a black '46 Plymouth coupe, lowered, steel wheels, wide whites and souped up flathead 6 (bored 230 with 2 two's, Sharp aluminum head, headers, and duals) with three on the tree. Needless to say one car is not enough, so I found another ride - a '39 Plymouth Business Coupe. Like the '46, this one has a hopped-up Dodge flathead 6 - Fenton head, Edmunds 2x1 intake, Langdon headers, Edgy cam.
    Flyin' flatties are cool!
