Raised as a mechanic in my dad's garage but got away from it all... Always wanted a 49 Ford. Now have one and trying to get it in shape (somewhat). Engine is currently being re-built locally. Have ordered a C4 plus conversion items from Flat-O-Matic. I'm struggling a bit with the Crossmember issue. Move it backwards or cut away the top for clearance?
