I recently purchased a building, 2712 Hewitt Ave, Everett WA, that was constructed in 1915. Trapped inside the building on the first floor is a 1932 Ford Model B pickup. I have no idea how long it has been inside the building. Apparently, they brought the truck in through the back alley when there was a garage door opening/entrance in back. In March of 1969 they filled all the window and door openings with concrete block except for the storefront. The truck appears to have remained in the back of the building ever since.
The building is being renovated for use as a retail store. The plan is to put the truck on display inside the store but it could use some repairs.Interact
