I bought my first hot rod, a 1957 Chevy 2dr HT Bel Air, when I was 14 years old. I kept that car for thirty years. I sold it because restoration had stalled due to work and expense getting in the way. Now I have the time to enjoy my cars and do the work myself. I had always wanted to build a car from the ground up, myself. I bought the 30 Roadster as a rolling rust bucket, tore it down, and built it all myself. It is fairly completed with final touches and mechanical issues to resolve along the way.
