    I got into rods and customs in the '80s. I traded a '66 Chevy pick-up, that I had restored to original, for a 49 Chevy pick-up that had been streetrodded. I joined a local custom car club. One of the members said that he knew the location of, and would help be build, a '36 Chevy coupe. That started it.
