i have been into cars since i was around 9 when dad commendered my cereal box to make a new gasket for moms car. in the recent years i have been in a vw club as i just had my first in the set son and could not justify a car(early fiftys american) that would never get done verses a rust free drivable car. i have been tinkering on the bug ever since and have done a great many things to it. just a few are four wheel disc brakes, msd ignition, self made exhaust header and muffler, lowered it and have some pinstriping from my own hand on it.

i am trying to scrape some cash togther so that i can buy a 1950 chevy from a school frien as he is getting married in the summer and needs the money, his loss my gain.
