Happily married to my beautiful wife with 2 beautiful kids that drive us crazy. First memory about working on cars was with my dad. We were working on his Buick regal, tune up. When it came down to replacing the spark plugs I cross threaded one of them.. Needless to say he was pretty upset. After that we would rebuild carbs, do brake jobs, oil changes, radiator swaps, dizzy change outs, replace bearings after packing them with grease. Mostly old school stuff. He showed me how to use a garden hose to find exhaust leaks, listen for any abnormalities. And now it's my turn to show my kids. My son just turned 9 and he loves wrenching away at anything. He did the radiator swap on my nova amongst other things. And my daughter Karisma, the apple of my eye. She just turned 4 and she loves scratching the hell out of our cars...lol. I'm sure she'll come around to it eventually. I love teaching my kids as much as I can. My son and I built our first AR rifle. He knows not to point any weapon at anyone or anything. Finger off the trigger until he's ready to shoot. Safety first eyes and ears all the time. I've taught him to respect guns not fear them or be curious about them. I've removed the curiosity about them. We both love fishing now I got to get him to eat fish...lol
