I am an A grade mechanic with 25 years experience in the motor trade. Over the years I have been involved in repairs and maintainence of several hot rods. I am currently helping a family member resurrect a chopped 37 Chevy coupe that used to be known as stripteaser which has a lot of NZ history, mainly as a drag racer. I myself have owned the Monaro I mentioned for twenty years and only recently started about restoring it. I plan to build this as a lookalike road going version of Norm Beecheys ATCC winning race car. I love all types of vehicles and have a real appreciation of good workmanship in the modification of vehicles of all types.
