I was raised on a ranch in south Reno, NV and grew up around machinery as my father was the jack of all trades who repaired anything that broke or built anything that needed building. I also grew up with a kid who's parents were into sports cars and we went to the races with them. (Drag races included) He and I were the pit crew for a dragster when I was 15 years old. My first car was a 1940 Ford Deluxe coupe as was my last. In between was a mixture of hot rods, dragsters and motorcycles.
