I used one, 62" with 3.71 posi, cadillac disc brakes. I has worked great so far. Biggest problem I had was installing the bolts in the rear end...

On my 1937 pickup it had the same early strike plate. I think Ford just used what they had. Spacing is different, so they do not interchange.
