I have always been into Lowriders and have been goin to carshows for years. I owned a 79 Buick Regal back in the days but did not get a chance to hook it up because I wrecked it. I have always been intrigued by the 63-64 Chevy Impala..but not fortunate enough to own one. I moved to a new area bout 2-3 years ago and would see this car that resmbles the bodystyle of the Impala parked near my house, which never moved...I decided to leave a note stating that I was interested and if it was for sale..many months went by and I got a phone call from the owner just 2 weeks ago. He said he was ready to sell it. I went yesterday to give the guy the deposit. We drove it around the neighborhood and it sounds great but would turn off when we would come to a stop..but start right back up with no problem..Does anyone know what it might be? He was honest and did say it needed some work. Everything is original and nothing has been modified.I am sure the eng/trans has been replaced. Anyhow I will be the proud owner of this car really soon!!
