My dad got his first service station when I was ten which is where I learned to wrench and I did that through high school. Then family took over to be replaced with college for me after my kids went to college. Academia sucked the soul out of my life until recently, but now I have a hell of a lot of desire to get back to something I used to share with my dad. And now my teenage grandson has become a very good mechanic with a love of old iron? Sweet!
