- I still have the 1951 Chevy Pickup I bought in 1972 while in 8th grade. That summer I proceeded to install a 1954 235 with Offy three carb manifold, Fenton Headers, Corvette cam and pistons and all of the related Hot Rod goodies I could find.

I am the guy who invented the 6-volt alternator in 1985. I have prepared pre 1946 cars for the 4200 mile Great Race across the United States every year since 1989. I specialize in the electrical cooling and fuel, related defects. Oh..and I like weird and unique vehicles, and always enjoy a challenge. I have just finished up a 1946 Fairmont Railroad track inspectors car. I have found numerous historical society railroads I can ride and I have already found my first Right -of-way treasure, a 1940's Texaco gas pump stored on a pallet where else...but back behind a shed next to the tracks out of public view. Now it is my collection. The farmer had quite a deer in the headlights look when I knocked on his door and asked about buying his old gas pump. He wondered how in the world I knew it was back there.....
Life is an adventure and you need to have a little fun everyday!Interact
