Banished from SoCal, but every once in a while I sneak back. Dad bought the pickup in the late 60's from a ranch in the high desert. "Honey, look what I found on the way to Mammoth!" Truck was disassembled and Dad passed on before getting into the project too deep. However, there was a good stash of parts for me too dig into. Flash forward a few years and now it is my wife's turn to bitch about all the junk in the garage and the barn. Truck runs like a cat on fire, and yes some day I will finish the fenders and hood- but not today.
