Got into Hot Rods at 16 in 1963 after push starting a mate's 1938 coupe every Saturday night. First project 1929 Model A Sport Coupe which went nowhere. First rod was 1937 Ford Clubman Coupe with 292 Y block, 4 speed toploader, Hurst shift, 8" rear end, US Indy mags. Got it in 1968 and drove it for 7 years as regular driver. Had 56 Sport Sedan for 32 years and still not on the road (being painted). Current project with son is 1928 Hiboy on 32 rails, 8BA flathead, traditional with quickchange, 3 speed etc.
