    My Dad was the truck manager at a local Ford dealer when I was a teenager and they sponsored a Mustang that they drag raced. I went to Indy in 1966 and was hooked on Drag Racing. Started racing Super Stock in 1969 after working with Hubert Platt's Ford Drag Team a couple of months and built my 1969 SS/GA Mustang which I still own today in 1971.
