Started at 15 years old with a 35 Ford coupe ($35.00), bought a torch outfit with paper route money. Chopped the top 3" and filled in the top with steel. That's when I learned about warping and leading. (that top musta' weighed 300 pounds by the time I had it relatively smooth. Then I started growing taller,and decided I'd make into a roadster. Used a Studebaker 2 piece curved rear window for a windshield. When I had finished that car was really ----------------------------------------UGLY.
