Moriarity sent me a couple of his cutoffs and I got a good proof of concept. Once I can find orange acrylic in 1/2" sheets I'll post the final...
Use a length of pipe on the chain to maintain the distance. Or push it by hand.

Gen V did away with the boss and went to non adjustable valve train(moot point with the Edelbrock heads), Gen VI had the the fuel pump boss...
