First car was a '52 Chev. purchased for $20 in 1975. (It was a friend's father's car who just wanted it out of the driveway, so even at the time it was very inexpensive.) In college I had a '69 Eldo (1980) and soon after a '73 Eldo conv (1984). I still regret selling that one, even though I needed the money. I now have '55 Coupe De Ville in rough condition, but all there. I intend to restore, but highly customized with big block power. I've always said, "most folks find cars mundane and people interesting, but it's the reverse for me." Greg S.
