My grandfather and uncle got me hooked from a young age. I grew up wrenching on granddad's farm equipment, and yearning for the day I'd be allowed to touch the sacrosanct, inviolate rat rods they loved building and racing. I am a college educated computer nerd, who happens to work in the parts retail field, running a large store for a nameless corporation. Certain details I post about myself will be fabricated, or a shade-off-true, because of certain disclosure agreements I have signed with said corporation. I am a certified ASE Master Tech, I own my own business in my degree field, and I still work for a retail box parts store. In short, I'm probably an idiot.
