About
I started my interest in cars when I was about 13. I wanted to know what type of car anyone I met drove. Somehow, I related cars to personality.....
My father and I bonded over the talks of makes and models. It was a constant discussion amongst us. Most girls are talking about clothes and boys, not me. My questions would be "Which car do you think belongs to the Dr.?"
As I got older, I realized that people drive the cars that they can afford. Your car does not always reflect your personality as much as you would like it to. I have been on a quest for a few years to get the car to match me, but it is more than just a ride.....
It is defining myself and knowing who I truly am. What suits me and my likes/dislikes, when I pull up what car will say, "Honey has arrived." I think I may be at that point and I am sure the devil will be in the details.
A car that suits me and my personality was more difficult than a trip to the car lot, it was a quest.....
Finally, I am making the match and finding myself, defined by a car.Interact
