My father was a carpenter and my mother a seamstress, as a child I got to see them make things from scratch. My older brother introduced .me to building models in the late sixties. I hung out withthe older guys in tneighborhood ,handed them wrenches and watched them . work on their cars. I attended Los Angeles Pierce College and studied CNC and manual machining ,metal casting , general ,ed and have a degree in automotive service technology. in my wildest dreams as a kid building those model kits and reading Rod and Custom magazine in the supermarket would I have ever thought I would end up working with Gene Winfield. by the way I am legally blind. I can see but have to look very closely . I am currently building buildg a '29 2door touring body from scratch and Brookville parts. I am also building a 27 T body from scratch.
